Kensington is a town located in Montgomery County, Maryland just 4 miles north of the Washington, DC border and two miles from the Capital Beltway (I-495). The area offers convenient access to the city, yet maintains a small town feeling with lots of shopping and amenities within easy walking distance from the town’s historic center.
